Thank you for your order.  All of us at Nature Bath and Body appreciate your business and want you to know that you are important to our success.  To ensure your satisfaction, all orders are carefully inspected and packaged.  Our designated carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS).  All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days regular ground service, unless otherwise requested, to any location within the United States.  Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of each product ordered.

Privacy & Security

The information provided to Nature Bath and Body, LLC is used to process and to register you for our newsletter.  Upon your request, we will remove your name from any mailing list through which you registered with us.

Nature Bath and Body, LLC may also send you information about our products and services.  In addition, we may use your IP address in cooperation with your Internet Service Provider to identify you if we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our Terms of Use agreement, protect our services or customers, or comply with laws or regulations.

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Returns & Replacements

Thank you for your order.  Your business is important to us and to ensure your satisfaction all orders are carefully inspected and packaged.  Please see below our policies and procedures, which will guide you in the unlikely event you should have a question or problem with your order.


Carrier who delivers your order assumes all responsibility for all damage or loss during shipping.  Therefore, please take the following steps in the unlikely event you should encounter any problems.


  1. Make your delivery person aware of any damage and ask them to make note as to the extent of the damage.  Ask how you may file a claim.
  2. File a claim as soon as possible and obtain a damage claim number.  (Our Customer Service Department will be happy to assist with this if needed).
  3. Keep all packaging materials in case the Carrier wishes to inspect the damage.
  4. Contact us with your Claims Number so we may expedite your replacement products.

To report any shortages or other problems with your order, please contact Customer Service at 919-267-3073 within 72 hours.  Please have your invoice number available to expedite the process.


Nature Bath and Body, LLC offers a a thirty-day (30) return policy from the original invoice date.  Ordered product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Returns are only accepted on current merchandise found to be in original unopened and saleable condition.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE:  Private Label or Custom orders may not be returned for any reason (unless found to be defective).  Orders of this nature were packaged and labeled per your instructions and therefore cannot be resold by Totally You, Inc.


  1. Contact Customer Service at 919-267-3073 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Carefully repackage item(s) using the original packing material and shipping container.
  3. Seal box and return to:  4725 Porchaven Ln Apex, NC 27539
  4. RA# must be printed above or to the right of return address label.
  5. VERY IMPORTANT:  Send returns in a prepaid, insured, and traceable method. We suggest that you ship all returns United Parcel Service (UPS).

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Site. All purchases from this Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, it may be necessary for you to file claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
